Tinsli offers homeowners two paths: an as-is cash sale, and a pay-later renovation program in which renovation costs are repaid from proceeds at closing. Program availability, terms, and eligibility vary by market and property.

Submitting your information through our site does not create a binding agreement. Offers, renovation proposals, and program terms are provided after review and are subject to a written agreement signed by both parties.
